How long does it take to receive my lettering?
Orders are despatched within 24 hours, Mon - Fri.
Normal delivery times for Australia Post are 24 hours within Victoria and 48
hours for other states.
Please note your order will not be delivered on a weekend.

We deliver Australia Wide.
I would like to use a different font than what you have
available.
No problem. We have over 10,000 fonts to choose from!
Simply let us know the Font you require.
How long does the vinyl last for?
The vinyl we use has a outdoor life expectancy of 7 years
under normal conditions.
We use the highest quality vinyl available and it should not peel, crack or fade
during this period.
You may find that the vinyl usually outlasts the 7 year expectancy.
Can I re-use the lettering once it's been removed?
No. Once the vinyl is removed, it is not reusable.
Is it easy to apply the vinyl?
Most people find the process simple.
All lettering comes pre-spaced on the one sheet and application is usually
straightforward.
Step by step instructions are supplied with your order just in case.
Removing the vinyl is also an easy task.
What surfaces will the vinyl stick to?
Vinyl will stick to plastic, glass, metal, painted
surfaces and wood.
What colour should I use to make my sign?
For vehicle windows we would recommend WHITE.
This has long been the chosen colour as it is highly visible both night and day.
According to the Outdoor Media Association, the most legible colour
schemes are black on yellow, black on white, yellow on black and white on black.
Nevertheless, other colour schemes may be more suitable for your business.
For example, children are attracted by bright colours but older people prefer
more
subtle colours that are restful to the eye.

What do I get for the money?
You get the vinyl sticker only, to attach to any nonporous
surface.
Please note that the actual sticker on it's backing paper, covered in
application tape is all you get.
Please refer to the pictures below to avoid confussion, the background
in our pictures (unless backing paper) is not included.
The first 2 pictures show the weeding process and the last picture is after the
application tape is applied.

Your sticker will be sent to you in an approved
Australia Post Mailing Tube.
Our postage charges include the cost of packing materials and postage only.
No additional charges are included as we do not believe
sellers should make extra through postage charges.
